New Teacher Profile - Mrs. Tammy Richardson

One of the new additions to the Fox Staff this year is Mrs. Tammy Richardson. She teaches the 4th grade class. She loves how everyone at Fox treats her like family and how nice everyone has been to her. She looks forward to getting to know everyone, working hard and creating success in her students. She comes from Pauls Valley, and she wanted to come to Fox because of the administration, she knew and taught with Mr. Williams at Whitebead. An interesting fact about Mrs. Presley is that she has a daughter named Presley born on Elivis Presley's birthday, but that is not why they named her Presley though and she also has a grandson that is 6 months old.

To all the Fox students she would like to say, "Your future is in front of you not behind you." Welcome to Fox, Mrs. Richardson and have a great year!!

Scrimmage Tonight

The Fox Foxes take the football field tonight for their first scrimmage of the 2011 season. Tough competition is expected from the visiting Caddo Bruins, Thackerville Wildcats and Temple Tigers.

The scrimmage starts at 7PM, so be there to watch and support your 2011 Fox Foxes!

New Teacher Profile - Mrs. Ladonna Peal

One of the newest additions to the Fox faculty is Mrs. Ladonna Peal. Mrs. Peal is the 3rd grade teacher who is originally from Dickson. Before coming to Fox, she taught at Healdton lower elementary. When asked what she liked about Fox she said, "I like how small it is and how nice everyone has been."


Mrs. Peal's reason for coming to Fox is that her brother went here and she thought that she could make a difference. One interesting fact about Mrs. Peal is that she and all her siblings are currently attending college. When asked what she was looking forward to this school year she replied, "I look forward to getting to know everyone and being the best teacher I can be."

Tuesday's Fastpitch Summary

The Fox Lady Foxes Fastpitch Softball high school and junior high teams took the field Tuesday afternoon against the Wanette Lady Tigers. The junior high Lady Foxes (1-1) won their first game of the young season, 6-2.

The high school Lady Foxes (3-1) routed the Lady Tigers, 15-1 ending the game in the third inning via the run rule.

The junior high Lady Foxes next game will be August 22nd at Stratford and the high school Lady Foxes next game will be August 23rd at home against Paoli.

Monday's Fastpitch Summary

The Fox Lady Foxes Fastpitch Softball junior high and high school teams played their first home games on Monday against the Alex Lady Longhorns. The junior high Lady Foxes (0-1) opened their 2011 campaign with a loss. The high school Lady Foxes (2-1) lost their home opener 8-2 in a game shortened by lightning.

The Lady Foxes take the home diamond again tonight with the junior high squad playing Wanette at 4:30 with the high school playing Wanette afterwards.

4H Meeting

The first 4H meeting of the school year will be August 17th at 3:30PM in the Counseling Center.

The new bell schedule is out for the 2011-2012 Fox School year. There are a few new looks to it, but the big things to remember, school starts at 8AM and the final bell rings at 3:13PM.
